Do you offer Free estimates?
YES! We are always happy to visit your home prior to the scheduled cleaning day to measure and give you a free quote. If you are looking for a "ballpark" estimate, we can typically handle that over the phone and then give you the exact price on the day of the cleaning. YOUR CHOICE.
What carpet cleaning method do you use?
Great question! We use hot water extraction, better known as "steam cleaning". Our top of the line machine heats up our water to nearly 250 degrees, allowing for the very best cleaning results. Steam cleaning is the #1 recommended cleaning method by carpet manufacturers.
Are you Licensed, Bonded and Insured?
YES! Our main priority is YOU, our customer! We focus on delivering the very best results and keeping you protected while doing so.
How long until my carpets are dry?
There isn't an exact answer for this question but because of the high-end quality machines we use, It's safe to say your carpets will be dry within about 8 hours. There are a few factors that can effect dry times, such as Humidity, Temperature outside, Temperature inside, Air circulation, the type of carpet pile, etc.
